Each room has its own unique character giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere. All rooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioners (very important in the summer) as well as all the furnishings you need for a comfortable stay. Alessio is always there to greet his guests and offer his assistance and recommendations on the area. The hotel has a restaurant of the same name. It serves delicious authentic cuisine and guests booked at the inn receive a discount. 

Chianni is a beautiful, smaller town that has retained most of its ancient characteristics and has a handful of family owned restaurants, shops, a bar and cafe, a wine tasting room and surrounding vineyards. The town is about a 45 minute drive southeast of Pisa and about an hour and 20 minutes southwest of Florence. Staying here gives you a great base to explore not only the Pisan Hills and its surrounding vineyards and villages, but also the bigger more well-known parts like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena.
